Questions
What people ask first
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, any day we are open. Give your name at the counter and we tell you the wait. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.
How do I book?
Choose a time on the booking page, or call us. Booked clients keep their time, so your technician starts when you arrive.
How do I pick a length and a shape?
Use the guide on this site or ask at the table. Length sets the base time, and shape adds a few minutes. We tell you the total before we start.
How long does a new set take?
About 75 minutes for short, 90 for medium and 105 for long, plus a few minutes for the shape and any art.
Do I need a deposit?
A new set booked ahead may ask for one to hold the time, and it goes toward your service. Walk-ins and ordinary services do not need one.
Do I need to book removal?
If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so we have the time to take it off gently. Please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Show it at the counter or text it to us, and we will tell you the time and what it needs.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a few days and we will look at it with you.
How do you clean your tools?
We wash and disinfect metal tools between clients. Each client gets a new file and buffer.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
Yes. Children need an adult beside them. Ask when you call about the youngest ones.
How does pricing work?
Prices show on the booking page and at the counter. They depend on length, shape, product, art and removal.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes. Buy one online or at the counter, and it works for any service on the menu.
